This is only a rough comparison of some values of the raw material. With regard to the practical values of a bolt, various factors such as the manufacturing technique, size or diameter, head and drive type, … also have a significant impact.
Fastener Dimensions
The bolt sizes are determined as shown in the graphic on the right:
Common thread diameters are M3 | M4 | M5 | M6 | M8 | M10 starting at a length of 6mm.
The length is always measured without the head.
Exceptions: Countersunk Head / Lens Countersunk Head (with head / up to edge of the head).

Fastener Colors
For anodized Aluminum Bolts or coated Titanium Bolts and Stainless Steel Bolts, the same applies as for anodizing in general: There is no standardized color system (cf. e.g. the RAL color system).
The color result depends on a large number of different factors. It is extremely time-consuming to keep all these factors constant over time, and in some cases it is technically impossible. The attempt would therefore be accompanied by unreasonably high costs.
In practice, this means that the color shade can vary from production batch to production batch (once more strongly, once less strongly.). Corresponding deviations are therefore not the exception, but rather the rule. (The less common a color is, e.g. especially green or orange, the higher the probability of differences).
During packing of the individual orders we do our best to keep the deviations as small as possible. However, since we can only work with the material at hand, there are limitations.
If a 100% identical color is essential for you, please contact us. In the course of a special production, we can manufacture a corresponding set of bolts in one batch for you. The bolts of this batch will then have an identical color shade. In this case, however, you are no longer in the price range of the standard goods.
